Gemma Comellas

Gemma Comellas is currently an Applied Science Lead at Amazon, where they utilize their expertise in data science. They previously served as a Senior Data Scientist at Intel Corporation from 2016 to 2019 and have held various research fellow positions at the University of Minnesota, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and IRB Barcelona. Gemma earned a PhD in Biophysics and Computational Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universitat de Barcelona.
