Geraldine Chang

Geraldine Chang is a seasoned People Manager with over a decade of experience in health and wellbeing program management and operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior WHS Health & Wellbeing Manager at Amazon Australia, they have demonstrated success in scaling global projects, focusing on operational excellence in dynamic environments. Previously, they held significant roles at TikTok and Pavelka Wellness, where they developed and executed comprehensive wellbeing programs, and contributed to the corporate strategy for health promotion. Geraldine holds a 2nd Upper Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology from the National University of Singapore and has also studied Cultural Anthropology and Sociology at Universiteit Utrecht.
