Gerry Murphy is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in aviation and logistics. Currently serving as the Director of Fleet, Aviation Sourcing & Technical for Amazon Global Air since June 2024, Gerry oversees fleet management, airline partnerships, and commercial strategy. Previously, from August 2016 to September 2018, Gerry held multiple senior legal roles at Amazon, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Director & Associate General Counsel for the Aviation division. Prior legal experience includes an internship at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and a significant tenure at Crowell & Moring LLP as Co-Chair of the Aviation Group. Gerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Loyola University Chicago and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
