Gijae Seong

Gijae Seong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global selling and customer experience management. At Amazon, Gijae served as the Senior Manager and Head of Global Selling for Japan and Vietnam, focusing on seller recruiting, account management, and program development to support Japanese and Vietnamese brands in selling globally. Prior to Amazon, Gijae worked at Google, where responsibilities included building teams to enhance service quality across the APAC region and improving customer experience in Korea. Gijae’s earlier career at SK Telecom involved developing media strategies and participating in Smart Grid initiatives. Gijae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Seoul National University.
