Gina Dederer is a design and sustainability leader with extensive experience in architecture and environmental initiatives. They currently serve as the Head of Design & Innovation for AMZL EU at Amazon. Previously, Gina held multiple key positions at AECOM from 2019 to 2022, including Director of Architecture & Consulting and Director of Sustainability. Their earlier roles include Associate Director of Global Citizenship at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where they focused on corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability. With a strong background in sustainable design practices and project management, Gina has also advised various organizations on sustainability strategies through their consultancy, Tellus Collaborative LLC.
