Giulio Vadalà

Giulio Vadalà is an Operations and Change Manager with extensive experience in the Energy, Logistics, and Aerospace sectors. They currently serve as a Change Manager at Amazon, where they lead innovation and process improvements across a major fulfillment center. Giulio has previously managed large teams and high-value projects, achieving significant operational cost savings and sustainability improvements. They hold an MBA from SDA Bocconi, a Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and have completed an exchange program at HEC Paris.
