Glenn Ready has extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple prestigious technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Central Technical Services at Amazon, Glenn has previously held significant positions such as Vice President of Customer Support at Toast, Inc. and Director of Amazon Robotics Technical Service and Support at Amazon. Additionally, Glenn has a strong background in technical support engineering as Sr. Director at Akamai Technologies and as Director of Consumer Operations Technical Support and Head of Global Product Operations at Google. Glenn holds an MBA in Operations and Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Engineering from Penn State University.
