Grace Griffin is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineering Executive with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, having worked across five countries. They have held leadership roles at major companies such as Toyota and General Motors, where they managed investments up to $3.5 billion and led multiple facility start-ups, including GM's first EV paint shop. Grace is recognized for driving business transformation and optimization, achieving substantial value engineering savings, and nurturing high-performing, diverse teams. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Case Western Reserve University, having previously earned a Master of Science from Kettering University.
