Grace Phillips

Grace Phillips is a versatile draftsperson and space planner with a strong background in design and critical thinking. They recently served as the Concept and Design Lead for Amazon's Last Mile Logistics, where they directed end-to-end designs for process improvement projects. Grace previously worked as a Store Planner at Savers/Value Village, focusing on designing central processing warehouses and store interiors while collaborating with various teams across the US, Canada, and Australia. Their earlier experience includes roles at Nordstrom and New England Design, where they honed their skills in merchandise analysis and restaurant design respectively. Grace holds an AA in Engineering/CAD and an AutoCAD certification from local community colleges.
