Grady Xiao

Grady Xiao is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Amazon, where they contribute to innovative projects in software development. They previously held positions as a Software Engineer and Software Engineer II at Amazon, and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Amazon Web Services in the AI/ML organization. Grady began their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at the National Science Foundation, focusing on gesture-based authentication. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and also studied Computer Science and Chemistry at Wake Forest University. Grady managed operations at Legend of Asia from 2011 to 2017, honing skills in employee management and technology implementation.
