Grant Jacobs

Grant Jacobs is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for People eXperience and Technology at Amazon, overseeing operations across North America. Previously, Grant held various leadership roles at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources and Sr. Director of International HR, where they managed HR strategies for thousands of employees globally. Grant's career began at The Coca-Cola Company, where they developed skills in HR business partnership and employee relations across multiple facilities. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Grant completed a CHRO program at Cornell University.
