Haley Kinkade

Haley Kinkade is a Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in nonprofit coordination, education, and corporate talent acquisition. They served as a Nonprofit Coordinator at the Latino Educational Training Institute and a Corps Member with AmeriCorps, where they engaged with community needs and supported volunteer projects. Haley then taught in various educational settings, including as a teacher at Sonoran Science Academy. They transitioned to Amazon, managing programs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and currently oversee global volunteer initiatives as part of Connect@Amazon, enhancing employee engagement across numerous corporate sites. Haley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Arizona State University.
