Halle Renfro

Halle Renfro is a strategic and people-centered Program Manager with extensive experience in executive support, program management, and event leadership across high-stakes industries such as aerospace, technology, and global operations. Notably, Halle served as an Executive Business Administrator at Microsoft, supporting a large team in the development of metaverse products, and held roles as a Business Administrator for both the CELA HQ team and the Windows Servicing and Delivery team at Microsoft. Halle founded a non-profit organization, contributing significantly to community outreach and support for underserved students in Uganda. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon and a Master's degree in Project Management from Penn State World Campus, Halle combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to design scalable systems and foster team cohesion.
