Hapie Denfeld, MBA, is a strategic operations and analytics leader with over 15 years of experience optimizing business processes and enhancing customer experiences in B2C and B2B environments. They have held significant roles at Amazon, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Hapie co-founded WSC Event Consulting, where they led growth initiatives and enhanced client relationships. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. Currently, Hapie is pursuing an Associate of Science at Pima Community College.
