Hardik V. is an experienced operations manager currently serving as a Pathways Operations Manager at Amazon since June 2021. Previously, Hardik completed an MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School, where studies concluded in March 2021. Before pursuing the MBA, Hardik gained valuable experience as an MBA Summer Intern focused on business development strategy at SMIH in 2020 and as an R&D Engineer at Genus Power Infrastructure Ltd from 2014 to 2019, where responsibilities included the design and development of smart meters and project management for metering product development.
