Harmony Davis has extensive experience in advertising and product management, currently serving as the Director and Global Head of Prime Video Ad Product at Amazon since 2017. In this role, Harmony leads the monetization of Amazon's streaming video platforms through innovative advertising strategies. Previous positions at Amazon include Director & GM for Audio and Podcast Advertising and Head of Advertising + Monetization for Freevee, where Harmony established the ad business and developed core metrics and technical infrastructure. Additionally, Harmony's background includes roles at Madrona Venture Labs, where a business travel lodging concept was launched, and earlier positions in brand management and product development at companies including NYU ProMotion Pictures, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Ogilvy & Mather, and NBC News. Harmony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University and an MBA in International Business, Media & Technology from NYU Stern School of Business.
