Harsh Jain

Harsh Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, particularly in the tech industry. Serving as Senior Manager of Product Management at Amazon from April 2020 to October 2024, Harsh led the worldwide expansion and product development lifecycle of the SmartConnect API and OMS product suite. Prior to this role, Harsh held positions as Product Leader for SmartConnect and Senior Product Manager for Fresh CX at Amazon. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Aditya Birla Group focused on enhancing customer satisfaction in retail, and a five-year tenure at John Deere, where Harsh contributed to application software development and led critical software features for agricultural machinery.
