Harshit Jha

Harshit Jha, known as Bauwaji, is the Country Head of AMXL FC Operations at Amazon, where they manage a team of 50 within Amazon and 1200 in partner teams, overseeing 22 3P run FCs and one Amazon owned FC. They have successfully scaled the India AMXL Network from 1.1 MM SFT to 3.4 MM SFT over the past four years. Prior to this role, Harshit served as a Manager III in Program Management at Amazon, focusing on warehousing, transportation, and delivery experiences. They hold an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur. Harshit also has experience as an intern at Sony Pictures Networks India and worked as Shift In-charge at JSW Steel.
