Harshit Pande

Harshit Pande is an experienced professional in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as part of the AI team at Bloomberg since December 2024. Previously, Harshit worked as a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, focusing on end-to-end delivery of machine learning models and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for generative and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems within the Amazon AGI team. Additional roles include Data Scientist at Adobe, Senior Software Engineer and Lead Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute India, and Senior Manager of Data Science at SigTuple. Harshit’s academic credentials include a Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Master of Science in Structural Biology from McGill University.
