Heather Germain

Heather Germain, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a robust background in human resources, starting as an Assistant Customer Service Manager at Gap Inc. from June 2005 to January 2009, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, overseeing training, and managing employee relations. Germain's expertise grew further at Professional Staffing Group from June 2013 to April 2020, serving as Director of Human Resources and Senior Staffing Manager in the Human Resources Division.
