Hien Pham

Hien Pham is a Senior Applied Scientist currently engaged in AI research for large language models and recommendations in the HR space at Amazon. They previously served as a Senior Data Scientist within the Kindle division and managed data and applied scientists on machine learning projects. Hien's earlier roles include positions at Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Quanex Building Products Corporation, along with experience as a Product Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace. Hien holds a Bachelor’s and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
