Hillary Plott

Hillary Plott is a process improvement specialist currently at Amazon, where they lead global recruitment for project management roles and manage various recruitment initiatives. Previously, they served as a recruiter coordinator, creating Learning and Development programs and boosting candidate acceptance rates. Hillary has also held a position as a case manager at First Choice In-Home Care, Inc., where they managed over 80 client accounts and oversaw more than 100 employees. Hillary graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University.
