Himanshu Ojha

Himanshu Ojha is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for Amazon's India Operations and Customer Service, overseeing key initiatives in logistics, supply chain, and candidate experience. Prior to this role, Himanshu has held various positions in talent acquisition, including VP at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Lead Staffing Consultant at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where expertise in technology recruitment was developed. Himanshu's educational background includes an MBA in HR from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, completed in 2004. Earlier in their career, Himanshu contributed to recruitment efforts at multiple firms, including HCL Comnet Ltd and CSC.
