Holly L.

Holly L. gained extensive customer service and teamwork experience through various roles in the hospitality industry, including positions as a barista at Ten10 Coffee and as a crew member at McDonald's. In addition to their barista roles, Holly served as a supervisor at Ten10 Açai and Coffee, where they honed their leadership skills. They also contributed as a teaching assistant at CTYI, working with children with learning difficulties. Currently, Holly is completing an audit planning and operations co-op placement at PwC and is set to assume a role as a Process Excellence Manager at Amazon in 2025.
