Holly S. is an accomplished Public Policy and Economic Development executive currently serving as the Vice President of Worldwide Economic Development at Amazon. With several years of experience in complex public and private sector organizations, Holly has expertise in policy advocacy, site selection, negotiation, and management. Notably, Holly spearheaded the search for Amazon’s second headquarters in Arlington, VA, resulting in the creation of 25,000 jobs, and contributed to the development of the Nashville location and the expansion of 18 North American Tech Hubs, generating over 50,000 roles. Prior to Amazon, Holly held key positions including President of the Montgomery Business Development Corporation and Executive Director of the Joint Economic & Community Development Board of Wilson County, TN. Holly earned a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
