Hunter Jenkins is a seasoned operations leader with over a decade of experience in complex environments, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon. They were recruited through the Pathways Program and are responsible for driving operational excellence in warehouse operations, overseeing budget management, safety, and productivity initiatives. Prior to Amazon, Hunter served as an Aviation Officer and Blackhawk Pilot in the U.S. Army, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership by managing operations for over 50 aircraft and accomplishing numerous successful missions in Afghanistan. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
