Ian Conyers

Ian Conyers currently serves as the Head of Community Affairs at Amazon, where they leverage their experience at the intersection of public policy and technology. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Michigan State Senator, holding the position of Minority Vice Chair of the Transportation Committee and contributing to various other committees. Ian has also worked in government affairs at Eaze, served as a community outreach specialist in the DC Government, and held roles as a venture partner and founder of Ruth Strategies. They hold a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Georgetown University, where they also completed their undergraduate studies.
