Ian Fletcher is an experienced food retailer and manufacturer, currently serving as the Commercial & Operations Director for Amazon in the US and internationally since 2019. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Tesco PLC, including Chief Operating Officer in Poland, where they managed store operations and supply chains for 450 stores.
