Ilias Cheddad is an Incident Response and Crisis Management Specialist currently working with Amazon's Last Mile Incident Response (LMIR) team, managing over 100 complex field incidents each month across the UK and MENA regions. With a diverse background in incident management, customer support, and media production, Ilias has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate high-pressure situations with empathy and clear communication. Previously, they held various roles at Amazon, including customer service and games studio specialist positions, delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ilias co-founded Be Hip Hop, where they serve as Artistic Director and Project Director, leveraging hip-hop culture for social change and community empowerment. Educated in advertising strategies and communications, Ilias is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
