Ioana Tisca

Ioana Tisca is currently an ICQA Operations Manager at Amazon Fulfillment Center, where they have been employed since 2016. With a strong background in robotics systems and operational management, they have also held various positions at Amazon, including Area Manager II and ICQA Lead. Prior to Amazon, Ioana worked as a Customer Service Consultant at Telekom Romania and as an Operations Trainer and Sales Specialist at OMV. They are pursuing a BA (Hons) in Business Management Professional at The Manchester Metropolitan University, expected to graduate in 2027.
