Iris Tan, PMP®, is a seasoned professional in corporate real estate and CFA ESG investing with a strong focus on workplace delivery and project management. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Amazon since 2025, Iris manages the entire lifecycle of corporate offices while fostering partnerships with stakeholders. Previously, Iris held roles at GIC as a Regional PM and FM, where they oversaw global lease negotiations and space planning, and at LIXIL, managing a vast real estate portfolio. Iris is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate at the National University of Singapore.
