Isabel Afonso

Isabel Afonso is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in the audit and FMCG sectors, having worked in several countries including Portugal, the Netherlands, and Ireland. They began their career at KPMG as an Auditor, developing strong financial and leadership skills before transitioning to SCC, where they enhanced internal processes. In 2011, Isabel joined HEINEKEN International, initially handling Record to Report processes and later leading significant transition projects that achieved substantial cost savings. Currently, Isabel serves as a Senior Manager in AMXL First Mile Programs, continuing to demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence and team development. They hold a degree in Management from ISCTE Business School and an MBA from ESADE Business & Law School.
