Isabel Chan, MBA, has extensive experience in strategy and team building, having held various leadership roles at Amazon, Siemens, and Rolls-Royce. Most recently, Isabel served as Insights and Analytics Lead at Amazon in 2019 and has been focused on managing US Self Service and Mass Portfolio Management for Amazon Pay. Prior to that, Isabel worked at Siemens from 2015 to 2018 as the Global Markets Manager and held positions in marketing at Rolls-Royce from 2012 to 2014. Isabel began their career at McKinsey & Company, where they advanced from Junior Analyst to Senior Analyst between 2008 and 2010. Currently, Isabel is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Concordia University and an MBA at INSEAD.
