Ivan Jones

Ivan Jones is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Learning and Development Manager at Amazon since September 2024, Ivan previously held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Verastar from October 2021 to September 2024. Prior roles include Senior L&D Manager at Virgin Media O2 and Virgin Media, where Ivan contributed significantly to multiple learning initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Serco, culminating in positions as UK & Europe People Development Consultant and Learning and Development Manager. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production and a Foundation Degree in Art/Art Studies from the University of the West of England.
