Izabela Iwanczyk, MSc, is a dedicated and results-oriented Senior Operations Manager with extensive experience overseeing complex logistics operations in various sectors, including third-party logistics, e-commerce, and warehousing. They have successfully managed large operations with budgets exceeding £50 million and team sizes of over 500 employees. With a proven track record in driving performance improvements and team development, Izabela has demonstrated expertise in managing automated environments and implementing innovative systems across international markets, including the UK, Russia, and the US. Izabela holds two Master of Science degrees, one in Engineering and Management from Coventry University and another in Management and Production Engineering from the Technical University of Lodz.
