Izelle Wagner

Izelle Wagner is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in internal hiring and executive talent acquisition across the EMEA and APAC regions at Amazon, where Izelle has been an Internal Recruiter since April 2017. Prior to this role, Izelle served as a Program Manager in the International Executive Recruiting team and held positions including Executive Assistant and Executive Recruitment Coordinator. Izelle has a strong background in recruitment, having previously worked with KPMG Australia, the Financial Conduct Authority, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, and Jefferies. Izelle began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Analyst and has also held the role of Project Manager at the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy. Izelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in German with International Studies from the University of Warwick.
