Jack Ballent

Jack Ballent is currently the Finance Director at HCA Healthcare, where they apply their conversational approach to finance to simplify complex problems into actionable solutions that influence the company’s bottom line. Previously, Jack worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Amazon, managing financial P&L closes and operating plans for the Amazon Health business. Jack also held various finance management roles within Amazon and served as a Project Manager at Baylor Genetics, where they contributed to a significant profit margin increase. They received their MBA in Finance and Healthcare from Vanderbilt University and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
