Jacky Sung

Jacky Sung is an operations and product management professional with extensive experience across manufacturing and e-commerce industries. Jacky held various leadership positions at Amazon from 2015 to 2023, culminating in the role of Director, WW Strategy for Amazon Delivery. Additionally, Jacky served as Director of Supply Chain and Logistics for Emerging Countries at Amazon and was a plant manager at Unilever earlier in their career. Jacky holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University, along with an MBA in Business Strategy and Operations Management from the University of Michigan.
