Jaclyn Shusterman is an experienced program manager with a diverse background in healthcare and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon for Prime Video Ads, Jaclyn has previously held roles at Amazon, including leading the onboarding experience and launching in-person care services for Amazon Care. At Curai Health, Jaclyn excelled as a Senior Implementation Manager.
