Jacquelin Higgins is a UX designer at Amazon with a Master of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington, earned in 2023. With experience as a User Experience Participant Recruiter at Magnit and Aquent, Jacquelin has successfully collaborated with UX researchers to enhance study recruitment. Previously working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Jacquelin’s design approach is deeply informed by empathy and user advocacy. Jacquelin is currently pursuing additional degrees in Psychology and Philosophy at the University of Washington and Central Washington University.
