Jad Nachabe

Jad Nachabe is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Real Estate Manager at Amazon since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jad held various leadership positions at Stake from May 2022 to June 2025, including Director and Head of Real Estate Operations, where a portfolio grew 12x to over 260 residential properties within 26 months. Additionally, experiences at Al Bonian FM from November 2017 to April 2022 included Director of Facilities Management, overseeing multiple operational facets and contributing to a 250% revenue growth in three years.
