Transitioning into technology, Jamal has served as a Technical Support Specialist at Charter Communications, provided instructional support as a Teaching Assistant at ThriveDX, and worked as a Web Developer for Audacy, Inc. Currently, Jamal holds dual roles as an IT Support Specialist at Amazon and a freelance Software Developer, offering web development services to a wide range of international clients.
