James Blankinship has extensive experience in leadership and operations within both military and civilian sectors. As the Flight Chief of Load Planning for the United States Air Force from December 2021 to February 2024, James led a team of 25 at the largest west coast air terminal, overseeing crucial operations such as cargo selection and diplomatic clearance for 230 nations. Currently, James serves as Section Chief at Amazon and Operations Manager at RiverTech, an Akima Company since January 2025. James also held the role of Marketing Project Manager at PIC | Walk With You Marketing™ from August 2023 to February 2024. Academically, James possesses an Associate's degree in Transportation/Mobility Management from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Purdue University Global, and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration along with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Penn State University.
