James (JT) Eldridge is an operations leader and 23-year Army veteran with a strong background in organizational design, technology implementation, human capital management, and team building. Currently serving as a Site Leader at Amazon, JT has held various significant leadership roles in the U.S. Army, including Brigade Executive Officer for the 82nd Airborne Division and Commander of the 1st Brigade Combat Team in the 10th Mountain Division. JT's education includes a Master's of Science in Political Science from Moscow State University and ongoing studies in Strategic Security Studies and Russian at the National Defense University and the United States Military Academy at West Point.
