James began as a co-founder and Product Manager at CMAP Technology Co., Ltd., where foundational design initiatives were established. Subsequently, significant roles at Trend Micro included Senior UI Designer, Technical Manager, and Front-end Developer, focusing on design proposals, team coordination, and user experience strategies. In later positions at Cheetah Mobile and Amazon, James refined user experience by overseeing workflows, creating UX guidelines, and redesigning onboarding processes. Currently, as a Senior User Experience Designer at Amazon, James continues to leverage expertise in designing user-centric solutions and facilitating collaborative workshops.
