James Starcher

James Starcher is an experienced logistics and operations professional with a diverse background in military and corporate environments. As a Captain in the US Army, Starcher directed logistics for a battalion, implemented cost-saving programs, and managed multi-million dollar contracts while achieving high project success rates. Following military service, Starcher transitioned to Amazon, where responsibilities included managing operations for a robotics fulfillment center and leading various operational roles. Starcher holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from Texas Christian University, an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and has completed advanced logistics training at the Army Logistics University and the United States Army Transportation School.
