Jaqui Sampson

Jaqui Sampson is the Director of EU Workforce Staffing at Amazon, overseeing operational staffing for Fulfilment Centres, Sort Centres, and Delivery Stations across Europe, the UK, and Ireland. They focus on inclusive recruitment and enhancing the candidate experience for new associates. Prior to this role, Jaqui held various positions at Amazon, including Senior Manager of Workforce Staffing and Regional Workforce Staffing Manager. They also gained substantial experience at Hays Talent Solutions, where they served as Account Manager, Director of Client Operations, and Client Relationship Manager, managing key accounts and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Jaqui earned a BSocSc in Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
