Jasen Liang

Jasen Liang is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in management, customer service, and operations. Beginning as Front Desk Staff at Kumon North America, Inc. from February 2017 to August 2019, Jasen was responsible for checking in parents and students, preparing educational materials, and training new employees. From May 2019 to September 2023, Jasen served as a Sales Associate at Nike, where responsibilities included cashier duties, training new hires, and managing inventory. In September 2022, Jasen completed a Leadership Development Internship at RippleMatch, collaborating with the leadership team to enhance user engagement. Currently, Jasen holds the position of Area Manager at Amazon since September 2023, overseeing operations for a team of over 90 associates and promoting a culture of safety and efficiency. Jasen graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics in 2023.
