Starting as a Process Engineer at Univision Chemicals, Jay progressed through various positions at Johnson Matthey Fine Chemicals, serving as Operations Director for Pharmaceuticals and holding multiple managerial roles in production and operations. After a brief tenure as General Manager at Harris Freeman & Co, Jay joined Amazon as Head of Global Process Engineering and Safety. Jay holds a Master's degree in Advanced Chemical Engineering with Biotechnology from Imperial College London.
