Jaylen Bradley

Jaylen Bradley has substantial experience in management and customer service, having served as Ryder Center Building Supervisor at Saginaw Valley State University from November 2018 to December 2020, where exceptional customer service was provided for recreational and educational events. After that, Jaylen took on the role of Area Manager at Amazon from May 2021 to October 2022, successfully managing teams of 40-95 Associates to achieve production goals while focusing on process improvement and data-driven decision-making. Jaylen also held positions as an Area Manager II and NASC NOC Area Manager II, with responsibilities similar to those at the previous role. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at BEDROCK Apparel from February 2020 to May 2021, supporting daily store operations and providing leadership in sales and customer service. Jaylen holds a B.B.A in Business Administration and Management from Saginaw Valley State University, completed in 2021.
